But let’s say you’re being sexually attacked by former Congressman Mark Foley—it’s simply not effective enough to yell “RAPE!” Because, let’s face it, with your past record? Your parents will never believe you. That’s why all the “COOL” kids are yelling the newest thing in rape or abduction protection, “THE HONK.” Let’s watch as the Fonz and a mentally impaired school teacher demonstrate “the honk” in this classic PSA.
