Hillary Clinton Has a Sense of Humor

posted by on May 30 at 8:55 AM

Sort of. Check out her latest YouTube video, in which she addresses all the people who have taken to YouTube to mock her search for a campaign song (as well as to offer Clinton campaign songs of their own invention).

If you haven’t been following the churning web debate (and mockery) over the multi-round online voting process that will choose Clinton’s song, click here. Current results:

Brilliant. It is precisely these dopey type of Oprah type campaigns that get uninformed voters to cast a vote for you. Theyre (Clinton's campaign) doing their homework. I mean, why bother with important issues like health care, the war, education, disparities and other boring topics when this kind of stuff is what gets people going. Its like those goofy campaigns on the Today show to get people to care about choosing a wedding dress for some broad. Millions do it.
Say what you will about center right Clinton, she is doing her homework and knows darn well what it takes to win. and Obama is sizzling out. Unless Al grows a couple soon and jumps in, than this is our next prez. for shizzle.

The Top 3 choices aren't even 'Mericans. What's she trying to be president of?

Thats the ticket #2.

Cindy Sheehan said it best:

"...a country which cares more about who will be the next American Idol than how many people will be killed in the next few months while Democrats and Republicans play politics with human lives."

There should be a contest each month to predict how many soldiers will be killed in Iraq at one of the candidates websites...just to keep people coming back, y'know. It works for Idol.

Actually, her YouTube spot in response is pretty good. It's light hearted and a bit self deprecating (which she desperately needs). She almost seems human.

But I have to agree with the guy who said "Are you freaking kidding me?"

This was actually funny. I'm shocked.

Too bad her husband took the best song ever (for a campaign) already.

She should stick with Fleetwood Mac and use "Oh Well."

Clearly, Clinton is hoping we pick Celine.

I prefer Bikini Kill. Any candidate that decides 'Rebel Girl' is their theme song gets my vote.

first of all, she was grammatically incorrect by saying "these either". it should be, "neither are these." so strike one. secondly, and this counts for strikes 2 and 3, the song she was nodding her head to sucked way worse than weekend at bernie's 2. even if she gets elected she's going to spend most of the time proving her worth as a female in a male dominated zone.

As to the premise: No, no, no she does not. Not, no, not.

"I'll vote for her for the sole reason that she is not a Republican" - Christ, you've got to be kidding?

She doesn't give you the freaking shakes? She's like some sort of medieval monster, a flesh-bag that eats the souls of everyone she touches.

'Worth as a female?' She's not a female, she's not a male, She's not even a human being.

She is, in all aspects of her blighted, blackened, crazed soul, only one thing:

A Politician.

I don't think there is one thing that she has ever said that has not made my insides quiver with cold fear. Whenever I see her photo, or hear her voice, it's just unsettling. There is something quite not alright with her...
