Local Boy Makes Good

posted by on February 19 at 17:51 PM

As Brendan mentioned last week, thanks to a combination of talent, luck, and heartening karmic justice, super-duper local comedian Hari Kondabolu will appear (alongside William Shatner!) on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight, midnight, ABC. You should watch it.

Haven’t had the pleasure of seeing Kondabolu live? Here is a video of him telling a joke:

And here is a picture of him wearing an outfit that, if there is a God, we’ll be seeing on Kimmel tonight:

On a completely unrelated note, I’d like it to be known that I hate Daniel Radcliffe’s horrible butt.

Speaking of Jimmy Kimmel and speaking of Tim Hardaway, check out George Takei's reaction to Hardaway's comments on Jimmy Kimmel.

Yeah. Radcliffe's butt just doesn't do it.

George T.'s bit was hilarious. Plus, I forgot what an unbelieveable voice that guy has.

Anyway, Daniel Radcliffe is freakin' 17-years-old. He's a boy, for cryin' out loud. None of us should be digging his butt at this point.

I'm watching him live on Jimmy Kimmel right now (12:55 AM Eastern Time)...he's doing pretty damn well so far!

Yetch. Oh well--Radcliffe's still just a kid, let's hope he discovers squats and pilates someday.

Six comments on the Slog...only 1.5 of them have anything to do with Hari...

I'm beginning to think that this whole "Seattle Comedy Explosion" is just a bunch of hype!

PS--Except that it's not...there's some funny folks doing good work in this town and it's better use of your time to check them out than to debate the relative goodness/badness of Harry Potter's ass. Seriously.
