(FILM) The best that navel gazery has to offer: Doug Block made a documentary about his 83-year-old father, who married another woman a mere three months after Doug’s beloved mother died. With all the drama of Paradise Lost (if not the poetry), our sympathies tip between the agonized dead mother and her copious diaries, the happy father and his slightly stupid new bride, and the awkward Doug and his stunned sisters.
