2008 A Plea for the Elites

Hi, EliMy friends and I are super elites— we have season tickets to Seattle Arts & Lectures, which is hosting Terry Tempest Williams tomorrow night at 7:30. BUT we also want to watch the debate. As you get the watch party list in, we’d love some tips on bars within walking distance of Benaroya where the debate will be on. Hell, we’ll even join the Young Republicans.

Never fear. Party info is being collected, and I believe there should be something within walking (or quick cabbing) distance of Benaroya. But this gives me a good opportunity to remind everyone:
If you’re hosting a public party to watch the debate, send me an email. Your email must have “Debate Watch Party” in the subject line and must include time and place details, whether your bar/home/restaurant has wireless, and any relevant food or drink specials. I’ll post the full party list here on Slog tomorrow.
I too would like to see a list of public places where republicans will be watching. Those might be funnier places to attend.
It's not too late for elites to get a Tivo.
