The all-day series of Obama endorsements keeps rolling right along, with Jimmy Carter the latest to announce.
(Full list with updates here.)
Obama is, as of this moment, about 30 delegates away from the 2,118 he needs to win the nomination.
Not worth peanuts. He's like Lear now, wandering the stormy cliffs, howling back at the wind...
Why was Josh Feit fired by The Stranger.
C'mon, Dan Savage -- you tell us EVERYTHING but not this?
He was caught plagiarizing I Saw U's.
Now go away.
It turned out that Josh was the "Dan supported the War" troll.
They installed a sign by the entrance to The Stranger that said "You Must Be This Tall to Ride" and, well....
I've grown weary of these self-important super delegates and their delayed-for-effect support of Obama. Nothing has changed in the past three months in this race, it has played out just as it was set to play out once Obama garnered a lead that could not mathematically be overcome.
All that has remained is super delegates hedging their bets and jockeying for position to maximize their announcement. This has proven the uselessness of the super-delegate scheme, and I hope they do away with it in the future.
As for Washington State's super delegates? Those left to endorse should be drummed out of their positions.
Go Obama. Onward.
Where did this brain-dead "Josh was fired" idea come from?
@7 -- Even with the actual post from Josh himself, announcing his intended resignation, that buffoon can't stop with his "Josh was fired" stuff.
A meshugener zol men oyshraybn, un im araynshraybn!
We need some election night parties ... are there any you've heard of, SLOGateers?
I can swing by around 9ish.
Oh come on. Jimmy Carter is history's greatest monster!
He can scratch his nuts after November and gave another lame excuse why Dem lose another election.
