Glad to see that the new venture will involve as much fry oil as the last one. In such a tiny space, too. I wonder if it will be any good; this town by rights should have hundreds of cheap fish-and-chip joints everywhere. I just wish I could find battered, not breaded.
My great grandparents operated a restaurant on the North Shore of Lake Superior called the Fish Fry for many years. So I approve of the name, even though I don't eat fish. Not that anyone needs my approval...

I was excited and jealous someone might be getting a good chip shop that wasn't me, as I am in SERIOUS need of one in SF.
