Has Dan been demoted to Slog-poster or something? ECB take over all your editorial functions? No wonder you've all been so chicken-shit and unwilling to call her out on her terrible slog posts and stranger articles.
whoever's doing that is sick. i hope the perpetrator gets a shaft lodged in their head for a couple of weeks until their brain started to rot from infection.
Spring is here, spring is here,
Life is skittles and life is beer,
I think my favorite time of the year
Is the spring! I do! Don't you? Of course you do.

The only thing I take issue with in this article is its characterization of pigeons as "quite athletic"...
Those poor, poor darts.

Won't someone think of the darts?
I mean, pigeons dying is one thing ... but painful deaths for darts, that's just cruel and inhuman.
I preferred this PI headline:
"More babies on funky Broadway?"
@4, @2 beat you by 15 minutes. you blew it.
I get it Poverty and Will -- the darts. A real knee-slapper.
Aren't we all at risk for painful death, to some extent?
Some more than others.

wouldn't that be novel and entertaining?
What has happened to tradition? Metro buses are the only way to deal with pigeons.
i think the pigeons just have those headbands with the fake darts like Steve Martin.
Maybe the pigeons are just upset that someone won't let them jump from the Aurora bridge anymore ...
They still go for peanuts that are coated with cyanide.
@14: Ha!

And also:
We'll murder them all amid laughter and merriment,
Except for the few we take home to experiment...
Seattle Times just doesn't get the point.
