I vote man. At least originally. Couple of things - the shape at the base of the neck, the muscle that runs above the hip towards the front is shaped strangely (well, strangely for a woman), and the leg muscle looks pretty masculine to me.

I can't find a chart with quite the muscles I'm looking for here - but if you compare the one on the left with the one in the middle you can see the difference.

I vote M2F, too. The only way I'd have for sure of telling male or female would be to see her standing straight, face forward. If the shoulders are wider than the hips, bio male.
