Home schooling and ex-gay ministries can drive people to mass murder.

Whether it's good or bad, it's good in that it is a wake up call to put the spotlight on the tragic and destrutive gay "conversion" therapy has on our youth.

As ye sow so shall ye reap. These people told him who he was was wrong and evil, gave him false hope for change, and then kicked him to the curb when he refused to play along and repress his inborn nature or lie about ala Haggard. They have no one to blame but themselves.

2+2... can't help but wonder, after all the recent speculating, whether Jeanne "God will fine me a man" Assam went through that very same program.

Wouldn't those words seem to be the sort of thing they might teach you in such a program? "The reason you have gravitated towards your own gender is because you've had bad luck in finding members of the opposite gender that suit you... but with faith in Jesus Christ you shall find them."

It also occurs to me that she might have known him through that program, and he represented doubt in its effectiveness, which is why she so eagerly bust caps in him.

Anyway.

As we've seen so far with the far (and christian) right they will take 2+2=666.

I once confronted a pastor about "ex-gay" therapy, and all I got was a bunch of rhetoric about "removing gays from the lifestyle", which I inferred to mean "we tell them to stop having gay sex and if they do they will magically become straight and happy." And you wonder why ex-gay therapy drove this dude bonkers?

Ecce? "Fucking Pig"? Is that how you sign off all your letters now, with that brutally honest admission of who and what you are: "Fucking Pig"? I really didn't think you capable of such clear self-reflection, but it's true, you really are a fucking pig and I'm ever so glad you've realized it yourself. Now go get slaughtered, you fucking brain-dead Fascist degenerate.

My heart certainly goes out to all the families affected by this tragedy, but it also goes out to the collective Body of Christ, too.

Because the Church lacks a Godly Understanding of Same-Gender-Attraction we address homosexuality from a foundation of fear as opposed to our faith in GOD. Hence, we wound and maim those who seek Truth others until they wound and maim others.

"It's impossible to be born gay."
Meanwhile, gay children are born to Her almost every day.

Her leadership instructs not to lie down in sin…
But they snare themselves when exposed as men who lie with men.

She claims to reach out with Christ's 'loving' embrace…
But her efforts prove mostly unfruitful and often in poor taste.
Still, She politically rallies Her army shouting it's time to "…take the land!"

But pro-gay America is boldly snatching the land right from hand…
All because She refuses to stop, repent, and seek HIS face to understand."
