Arts Lately at McLeod

onYou know that haunted little room off the foyer at McLeod Residence where the 19th-century paintings used to hang? Through this week, Mandy Greer’s show Parlor (above) is in there, with individual works for sale like this one, titled Little White Lion,
and this one,
titled White Milk Balls.
There’s a closing party Thursday night (tomorrow), but the gallery doesn’t turn over until after Saturday.
Then, opening July 6 is what promises to be an ambitious group show of interactive works (its title, Interactivity, seems criminally plain given the names of some of the works in the show: Biomimetic Butterflies, Running Plaid, Contexture).

A beautiful child grew up in that room, dreaming dreams of fluffy kitties and best friends and mean mountains and mad cows. Stupid hipsters.
moron, they'd be hipsters if they didn't DO anything (besides snort coke and complain). They run a rad gallery.
What you got showing at YOUR gallery/bar/party space, Elm? Grow up, you're as useful to Seattle as Capitol Hill condos.

@2/3 Who said they don't snort coke? You are right tho. They are not hipsters, they only wish they were. I think that is worse.
