Good thing I don't have a high-def TV or I'd start throwing empties at it ... this is why I'm skipping the SOTU this year.
I don't recommend being high. Big mistake for me in '06.
The problem with that one is a) It's not designed to actually get you that drunk- the chances of the President saying "macaca" are pretty slim, and b) it's too complicated. When you are drunk, you can't read.
Just do what I did last time and take a swig of hard cider or beer or wine every time the Pres tells a lie. You'll be plastered in minutes.
