Britney Replaces K.Fed with Pills

onAccording to In Touch weekly, BRITNEY SPEARS can add “pill-popping” to her many talents (which include flashing her VJ). Reportedly, she was recently seen in a restaurant bathroom dumping out the contents of her purse, when… HOLY MOTHER! Where did all those pills come from?? Says a source…
“It looked like a pharmacy in there - I have never seen so many pills,” a witness said.“There was a bottle of Paxil (an antidepressant) and a bottle of Xanax (for anxiety) that she took out and put on the counter.”
Maybe Britney is just auditioning for the Valley of the Dolls remake?

Paxil can't really be used recreationally (it has very subtle effects that appear after two weeks of taking it). It seems Britney has some anxiety disorder. And considering her job would be severely affected by it, it's a good thing she's getting medication.
Why are people so judgemental about psych meds? It's so Tom Cruise.
Really, had it been bottles of Demerol and bindles of coke, maybe there would be another faux scandal, but Paxil?
As long as she keeps her muffin covered, I don't care what she does.
I've been wanting to rewrite a screenplay for Valley of the Dolls ever since I read the book and saw the movie. The book ROCKS! I highly recommend it.
But in my dream movie Britney is in the running to play Jennifer. I thought Lindsay Lohan would make a great Neely O'Hara. I haven't found my Anne Wells yet. Someday.
Yeah, I can't think of a more bullshit non-story. As Arturo notes, Paxil has no recreational use and neither is particularly surprising to hear of being used by a young woman with two kids going through a divorce under incredible public scrutiny.
Crap! Am I going to turn into some Britney defender? I hope not, but, seriously, can we stick with calling her out on the things she does that are actually shocking or offensive and not call her out on complete bullshit.
LINDSAY LOHAN AS NEELY O'HARA!!!!!! please, god, please?!
