Was Biff Unavailable?

Jim Caviezel, Jeff Suppan, Kurt Warner, and some others respond to Michael J. Fox’s stem-cell campaign ad.

Suppan pitches for the Cardinals in game 4 of the World Series. I hope the Tigers shellac the living shit out of him.

Jim Caveziel is CREEPY.

crazy hollywood liberals.

Jesus, that's infuriating. I'd totally support a Caveziel ban, except that his next movie has him playing a timetraveling spaceman who teams up with Vikings to fight an alien. I mean, I'm only human.

Yeah, if there wasn't already enough reason to cheer for the Tigers, Suppan's role in that ad clinches it.

game 3, biotch!

Wait a minute - I thought celeberities weren't supposed to get involved in this stuff?

And please - the dumb cow from the Albertson's commercials? Why don't we all email Albertsons about how "concerened" we are about her being involved in politics?

Lastly, for as much money as those dumb jocks and that vapid cow represent, don't you think they could have done a better job with the production values on that commercial? They look like they're advertising a 900 number.

I wouldn't have thought of this ad as a rebuttal to the Fox ad. The Fox ad supports the Dem candidate for U.S. Senate in MO, not the MO ballot measure relating to stem cell research. Perhaps the ads are doing double duty.

And another thing - you can bet your last dollar that if the Alberston's cow, or any of these dumb jocks, came down with something, they'd be the FIRST on the talk shows to whine about it.

you know that creep Caviezel is local, dontcha?

That must be the first campaign ad that features someone speaking Aramaic, right?

I must say that I am *disapointed* in Suppan. maily because I was unaware of his love for Jesus (I assume that's what is behind it). Warner doesn't surprise me, because he declares his love for jesus at every oportunity.

I still hope he wins game 4.
