Ann Coulter or Adolph Hitler?

Take this quiz!

(Hat tip to one of the Blakes.)

Only got 6 right out of 14 - that's a hard quiz!

I missed five, and I have read all of Ann Coulter's books. Is there an easier test we can take?

I think I got lucky. I got 12 right while feeling moderately confident about two of the answers.

I only got 6 right, but I might or might not be drunk.

I only missed two. Coulter's got a jazzy pop-blather style, while Hitler (in translation) is quite plodding. Really, I don't see what those crazy Deutschers saw in him.

Isn't the best thing to just pretend Coulter doesn't exist? The only reason she's there is to provide a bogus outlying opinion so the far right can claim they are moderate.

Fnarf: The only reason she's there is to provide a bogus outlying opinion so the far right can claim they are moderate.

So true! If only the Democrats had taken that strategery in re: "the reds" back in the day. The only other reason "Liberal" is a cussword is 'cuz "Conservative" is one syllable longer and harder to spell.

got 11. those are some scary people.

I got 10 right. Did they add "America" into the Hitler quotes (I'm guessing they were originally "Germany", but that would have been a dead giveaway).

God, I just want to kick Ann Coulter in the nuts...

good point, Coulter is there to make an "outlier" so the extreme radicals can pretend they're "moderate".

hadn't thought of it that way.

"Did they add "America" into the Hitler quotes"?

That tripped me up too. I don't have an answer and i really don't feel like Googleing "Hitler quotes" to find out, but i do imagine that he would have had a lot to say about America back in the day. We were, afterall, struggling to be the exact opposite of the homogenous society he was creating one train load at a time.

Interesting observation, in light of calls by many on the right to ship the Mexicans back in trains...

12 right. pretty easy, you can tell just by the language they use. From style and vocabulary. You coulter would use a word like connoisseurs, or that the concept of social justice would be big with the NAZI?

I don't know what this is trying to show, that Ann Coulter doesn't sound as respectable as Hitler?

Um, it's Adolf, yo.

I don't know what this is trying to show, that Ann Coulter doesn't sound as respectable as Hitler?

I'm sure all her stuff sounds more eloquent in the original German.

14 out of 14!

Easy tactic:

Any quote which uses vocabulary or grammatical structure beyond a 4th-grade reading level = Hitler.
