MySpace For Fuckers

Via Fimoculous: MyBlackBook: Internet’s First Secure & Confidential Online Sex Log.

How’s that work?

What happens if you find out that you have an STD? How do you know who should be notified? Well some people, both male and female, keep track of whom they have slept with in either a little diary or notebook. However, this has always posed a security flaw: “What if someone finds it??”.

Well, MyBlackBook has solved that problem by creating The Internet’s First Secure and Confidential Online Sexual History Tracker!

By keeping your sexual encounters online in a SAFE and SECURE and CONFIDENTIAL place, you will never have to worry about someone finding your little black book.

Personally, I always get nervous when a website repeatedly uses words like “secure” and “confidential” in all caps, but I’m sure that some of you out there in the comments have been waiting your whole lives for something like this.

I always knew that Myspace was invented by a person infected with a highly evolved strain of syphilis as a means of transmission to other idiots. This website kind of seals it.

Only a FOOL would use this service.

Or a liar.

I hear it works real well for McCain and Edwards.

nothing on the interwebs is secure and confidential - ask the family of the "anthrax killer" was just posthumously convicted by the FBI based on random message board comments he'd left

also, the idea of any of the regular slog commenters having actual sexual relations is nauseating

SAFE and SECURE(tm) like Gmail locking people out. Or your employer "owning" your online contacts.

To say nothing of hacking and phishing attempts, and various online databases being slurped up into nefarious hands.

Trust not thee online database of "private" information. Or ye will find out why angels fear to tread...

I've got your sex log right here.

Of course, all you could do is keep a discreet list in your email drafts, or a passworded file on an encrypted disk somewhere -- any of a thousand places better than on the public internet. Even a folded-up piece of paper tucked into the back of a drawer -- even if someone finds it, what is it? A list of names could be anything. Whereas a list of names on MY SUPER SEKRET SEXX LOGG, well, it's pretty obvious what that is, hmm?

Has this been load tested?

I tried to download this to my iPhone, but even though I had the $999.99 it wouldn't let me download it.

I don't get it. Why would you sleep with someone you were ashamed to admit you had slept with? You're promiscuous? Own it! Guilt and shame are for the lame. Being embarrassed by your own desires and choices equals hypocrisy.
