Ban festivals? Is he high? Er... maybe he's not high enough.

It's banning concealed weapons at festivals, not the festivals themselves.
Is it too much to ask that maybe someday we can have a tragic accident and NOT have to make a new law because of it?
Banning weapons at events is only going to force those events to either not take place or pay for security and in turn charge you for it. Say goodbye to free festivals, fairs, and the like.
