2008 McCain’s Strategy

onI know the McCain camp is trying to look all new media now that it’s going up against the tech-friendly Obama masses, but is it really wise to put your general election strategy up on YouTube? Even if some of it is no doubt a headfake?
In any case, here follows 14 minutes of McCain election plans, with some interesting nods toward the Pacific Northwest:

teh favorable unfavorable ratings arent that amazingly different
Three things stand out:
1. "Disaffected" dems scare the hell out of me -- this is the group I've been certain, from Day One, would never vote for an Af-Am candidate
2. The DNC better get on the ball WRT fundraising
3. Davis says "respectfully" versus "respectively." For this he must die.
Interesting overview.
mmm I just signed up to fundraise for the DNC, I should probably tell people these numbers.
Our strategery is simple.
1. Lie
2. Lie more
...
4. Profit!
#2, there some good commentary here about why your second point is happening and also why it isn't necessarily such a big deal.
McCain's chances will improve greatly if he can stop smiling and grunting his chuckles (heh, heh, heh) like some creepy, maniacal clown.
McCain is like your grandpa ... nice guy, wants to do right, yet refuses to acknowledge the world has changed.
I don't think McCain realizes that being a 20 something now is very very much different than what it is like being a 20 something when McCain was in his 20s.
Man... I want to see this guy go down in flames.
Don't underestimate McCain. Remember he was pronounced politically dead last summer only to capture the Repubs' nomination (even with most of the right wingers screaming they will never vote for him). DNC better hope those young people who voted for Obama show up in November 'cuz the geezers are more likely to vote for McCain and they ALWAYS show up to vote.
Who did they really make that video for and why?
Sorry, I refure to watch this crap.
refuse...spelling error. It's still crap.
