Well, I would hope ADA compliance makes it easier to get wheelchair weed.
What I can't figure out is how you water it afterwards.

I always figured that people who try and like pot and continue smoking are just on the whole slightly more volatile people than people who are likely to refrain. Maybe it's not nice to say that mental stability and pot use are correlated, but it pans out in my experience - myself included, of course.

Or maybe people who don't care about the potential legal consequences of smoking pot are more likely to be volatile, devil-may-care types.
