We know what was wrapped around Quest’s junk (a rope, also tied to his neck) what was in Quest’s boot (a dildo), and what was in Quest’s pocket (meth). But what was going through Richard Quest’s mind when he got busted in Central Park last week? 23/6—”some of the news, most of the time”—has the flow chart.

It's kind of funny, but I wish the people who drew these "flowcharts" actually knew how flowcharts worked. (Nerd).
I do think Dick Quest was rather fated to meet this sort of end, with a name like that.
Richard Quest is my favorite TV news person of all time. I used to watch him anchor CNN international every morning when I lived in Germany. I am sorry to hear him lose all his credibility this way. Its, very very sad.
I would like a clarification on whether they mean boot-shoe or boot-trunk. I think there's some British confusion going on here, unless you can explain to me why and how someone might stuff a dildo in his shoe.
