Please enjoy the preview for Mike Myers’ forthcoming film, The Love Guru.

Oh my aching sides.

Thank you, Defamer.

Ouch.

I really thought Mike Myers was going to make something of himself once; he seemed to have a lot of talent and potential. What a disappointment.

I made it about 42 seconds into the clip.

Then stopped.

Oh, I don't know, I watched the long film preview and it looked mildly interesting.

Mike Myers is an old enemy to comedy. Please note: Wayne's World 2, or The Cat in the Hat.

@4: Very good point.

@Slog: That's two Jessica Alba related posts in one day. Just sayin.

Huh. I never knew Mike Meyers had a midget fetish.

what a great job mike meyers! you wrote/produced/starred a film that is targeted to impressionable teenagers thereby indoctrinated them with distorted and narrow views of other cultures! keep up the good work!

*Sigh!* Peter Sellers is spinning in his grave like that globe he bumbled over in "The Pink Panther".

For years Myers has just treading over the same ground, some of which was already pretty shaky, even when Sellers managed to pull it off, (e.g. his Indian "impersonation" in "The Party"); now, it's just embarrassing.

It looks like it falls on about the 7 on this scale.

that is the most unfunny, offensive movie trailer I've seen in a long time.

This film + sandler's new film + will smith's new film = a reason for the writers to go back on strike

The mom joke in the bar was kinda funny. It didn't make sense but I chuckled. It's so sad how they took such an amazing idea for a plot Indian guru saves hockey team and screwed it up. Like Waterworld, what a brilliant concept so badly executed. This is Mike Myers Waterworld!

Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery was hilarious...11 years ago. The resulting pop culture obsession with it and the 2 resulting movies were a comic suicide and abortion all in one. Mike Myers is a one hit wonder through and through (he wasn't even that funny on SNL, Waynes World included).

This racist BS reminds me of that Peter Sellers movie "The Fiendish plot of Dr. Fu Manchu".

I find this to be a most excellent documentation of the non-thought-process Hollywood went through for this one.

Well, I'm glad to see Mini-Me has some work.

Also, didn't that "shove these beads up your nose" come right from "Cannonball Run"? If you're stealing lines from that movie, YIKES....
