And The Winners Are…

posted by on March 21 at 14:45 PM

The 2007 YouTube awards were announced today. To the many Chris Crocker haters who frequent our comments: You will be pleased to know that Crocker’s Leave Britney Alone video lost in the “commentary” category to… this.

Meanwhile, here’s the winner of the “music” category. Ladies and gentlemen, “Chocolate Rain.”

Award, schmaward...the "Leave Britney Alone" post is deeply embedded in pop culture in a way that the winner's work never has achieved.

I think Crocker is great. Not always right (are any of us?) but his courage and his wit are notable IMHO.

Is it just me, or does the "Chocolate Rain" guy's mouth look like it's trying to escape off the right side of his face?
