The eclipse is pretty neat... hope you guys can see it in Seattle. Best part is I can see it from my front windows and don't have to go outside (since it's about 3 degrees in Chicago).
"And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood"
Saw it while driving home to the 'Quah from Bellevue at about 7:40pm. The arragnement at the time of stars was like a perfect arrow with the eclipse at the point-- stunning, but I almost crashed the car while gawking.
Man, it's so clear, too. I got worried when the clouds started moving in after sunset, but the moon seems to be getting clearer and clearer (probably because the air's getting colder?)...
It was even funner watching it from Teletubby Hill at Cal Anderson Park. There were about 60 people there singing their hearts out to "Total Eclipse of the Heart" 10 times in a row. Good times!

thank you for the reminder. i just looked outside and thankfully there was a momentary part in the clouds.
@3--isn't that quote also used in ghostbusters?

It was fun watching it from atop Solstice Hill in Gas Works Park.

I'm jealous-it was over before the moonrise here! I was so excited.
