I work at a medical clinic that specializes in Parkinson's. We have a few patients that have had gambling problems as a side effect of Mirapex, but I don't know of any who have changed their sexual orientation. I suspect the man who claimed his meds made him gay was probably on that side of the fence anyway and the medication just helped bring him out of the closet.

And I work on Parkinson's research, so I'm surprised by this too ... I'll wait until I read the scientific paper on this in a peer-reviewed journal.
