"Dillon and his partner, Wylie Bush (proprietor of Capitol Hill's beloved Joe Bar, who'll handle the front of the house), hope to be open before Thanksgiving."
Business partner? Or partner partner.
that was the absolute worst Chow article i have ever read in the stranger. no comments, quotes from the supposed restauranteurs, not even one mention of menu items, and a description of an event super journalist, bethany, didn't even attend. keep up the great work!
I like the idea of the restaurant being open only a few nights a week, with other events hosted in the building on the off nights. Georgetown needs something like that. Hell, Capitol Hill needs something like that. Culture AND food! and parties even, potentially.
Wylie and Matt have been together for 6 years...They have two dogs, Moses and Che..and they wish they could have a hairy love baby!
