One Billion Bullets

posted by on August 17 at 13:57 PM

The AP reports

Troops training for and fighting the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are firing more than 1 billion bullets a year, contributing to ammunition shortages hitting police departments nationwide and preventing some officers from training with the weapons they carry on patrol.

That’s weird. There doesn’t seem to be any shortage of bullets in Seattle.

We might have a huge bullet shortage in Prov though. It would explain all the stabbings.

Maybe we can borrow a few from the Sudanese. They seem to have plenty over there.
