Unintentionally Filthy Comics

God bless MetaFilter for directing me to this wondrous Comics Journal thread, featuring more unintentionally filthy comic panels than you can shoot coffee out your nose at.

Added bonus: My childhood fave Archie is represented by not one but two knockouts.

Every time I see the word shucks, I end up using it for three weeks. Constantly.

God, Betty is so hot. I absolutely loved Archie comics growing up, but I always hated it when they tried to make them applicable to the changing times. I like my Archie saying "schucks!" instead of "oh snap!"

Man, there's some good stuff there! Too many bad image links, though.

I think my fave is this one: http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l66/monkeywisdom/amusing/1174859107334.jpg

My absolute favorite, Archie. Though I never quite knew what those girls were fighting over. @2 - with you on Betty.

Poe, I like how you have a specific time period for using the word shucks. 3 weeks - no more no less?

Superdickery is definitely the best place for unintentionally dirty comics. I find that the vast majority of people just have no idea how much weird shit there is in comics, especially with how easy it is to take stuff out of context.

There's no way those Archies are unintentional!
