As KING 5 reports, Seattle activist Anwar Peace has been arrested and is being held on $150,000 bail for allegedly leaving numerous threatening messages on the voice mail of embattled Seattle Police Chief Gil Kerlikowske.

Why is KING reporting that this man "apparently" left such messages rather than "allegedly" leaving them. Has he confessed or stood trial?
David, do you have any idea what these "court documents" referenced by KING, that presumably reveal the content and authenticity of the 17 messages, could be?
