Can I just say that I’m extremely excited about the opening of Pony—which Eric covered in his column this week. It’s not because I approve of glory holes, mind you. But I love super sleazy gay bars, even if I like to think I’m not super sleazy myself. So I’m looking forward to drinking at Pony… even if… uh… I’ll be pissing at Linda’s.

Sex in public restrooms is legal. A female in a male restroom or vice versa is illegal. I believe it's considered trespassing.
So, as long as the stall door is closed (indecent exposure, lude acts, etc) then it's legal.
What if there are no stall doors? Or doors at all? Last time I was in Linda's there wasn't even a door to the entrance of the bathroom. I had do my funky thang in plain view of everyone going to and from the patio (no one was complaining, mind you). Now, I'm used to men's room stalls having no doors (cuz, you know, guys don't poop) but have we come to a point where there's not even a door between the urinals and the drinking public?
