Rollover for Santorum

All things considered—from his low poll numbers to his name’s new meaning—should Senator Rick Santorum really be asking voters to “rollover” for him? I mean, ew. (Here’s a bigger shot for those with weak eyes.)

That is the funniest thing I've ever seen!!!!!

welcome back Dan! Say, did you catch the "alternative meaning" reference on the Daily Show last week? If not, I hope someone taped it four you...

s/b FOR you...

Oh man, seriously. I want "Rollover for Santorum" on t-shirts.

Man, now I need a shower.

This is right up there with his Fascist Easter-egg suit as being so Freudian that it's frightening. Jesus, Rick, just come out already!

For months now I've been hearing about Santorum's low numbers and the almost forgone conclusion that's he will lose his seat this fall. He even admitted on "The Daily Show" that he was in trouble and had a lot of work to do to cach up.

Seems like I've seen that scenario before.

If that mean-spirited motherfucker pulls it off and gets re-elected to the Senate, then my once steadfast belief in American democracy will continue to crumble like a coffee cake and I'll surrender to the notion that it really doesn't matter who one votes for because someone much more powerful than I is playing with the numbers.

God, remember when you could get excited about politics and what good a government could do?

Roll over, but I think you should make sure you have a towel under you.

Oh, I FUCKING HATE those rollover ads. Same with animated ones that don't stop. Just because marketers can do something on the web doesn't mean they should. It just occurred to me how much I appreciate the lack of these things on The Stranger's site.

And, in case anyone wants that Daily Show santorum reference:

I also despise being forced to sit through TV-length ads before watching a web clip. Especially the same damn one 4-5 times a day for two weeks.
