An Infiltrator!

Posted by on June 9 at 9:07 AM

If my pictures from the YearlyKos convention aren’t doing it for you, try the view from a conservative infiltrator, who writes:

People here are largely, disappointingly, golf-shirted, short-haired, and white bread. Grooming and hygiene are up to western business standards. There is one dude wearing a pith helmet and another guy in a kilt, but the freakish T-shirts I brought along a camera for are not popping up. Oh, I spoke too soon, there’s a girl in an I HAD AN ABORTION t-shirt…

I was wondering what happened to my I HAD AN ABORTION T-Shirt

What, no film festival t-shirts? Especially the Don't Tread On Me snake design would have been very fitting for a blogger ...

his sexual frustrations/ insecurities seem palpable, huh? his desire for vicarious fun through voyeurism, made safe by contempt. what a dipshit. here's something he writes later in that post:

"Oh-one always wants to know whether the other side’s women are more attractive. So rest assured, my gentlemen readers at Hotair, you are on the right side of history. Again, not an extreme case: If you had pictured nothing but young, budding, be-Birkenstocked Helen Thomases traipsing through the Riviera’s halls, seeking whom they may devour, it’s nowhere near that bad; it’s just that I’ve been to CPAC; and this, sir, is no CPAC."

I HAD A VASECTOMY t-shirts, just 20 bucks.

funny. don't think that would work for neocons.

I'm picturing hordes of Republicans wearing I Had a Lobotomy (that's why I voted for Bush) T-shirts now...

You don't have to be independantly wealthy to attend the blog conference in Las Vegas. Just look at the photos, there are plenty of working poor, single mothers who work full time, and homeless street people promoting their blogs.

Even poor people can easily take a week off work, pay for hotel and airplane reservations, and conference fees.

Anyone who doesn't have $1,000 to spend attending a conference just doesn't know how to live.

To be fair, how is this conservative jerk infiltrating the YearlyKos conference any different than Dan Savage infiltrating the Republican Convention?
