This is the same horrifying product recently made a marketing challenge for the teams on The Apprentice Season 5, show 8: "A Slice of Heaven." The full episode is available for download on iTunes. It features a number of statements about how tasty the thing is, even from the grizzled George. When the sandwich/pizza shows up on the show, it flops limply in the hand, which seemed weird and wrong to me. May be just the effect of all those hot lights.

They had a couple of these cut up and stabbed with toothpicks, free sample style, at the Sev across the street from me. Everyone in line tried it but me (hooray for diets). It didn't look totally horrifying up close, pretty much exactly like the picture.

I'll stick with my airline food, thanks.
