$45.00 for a 'dirty' diaper change? Sounds for real: "If you poop your diaper I will undo it, but you will have to place it in the trash. Then you will be given a shower or bath by me and then dried, diapered and dressed."
So she will change a shitty diaper and 'clean' (does that mean wipe?) but not place the nappy in the garbage? How odd.
