Given the recent appearance of Knitta Please-style knitted tags in Seattle, I can only hope that we’ll see “magic cars,” duck decoys, and other such inspired flights of creativity in our nabes soon, too.

I was a big fan of the mystery monolith that kept appearing around town, i think it was, appropriately, in 2001. I believe it showed up at Soundgarden, and on Duck Island on Greenlake. It was pretty cool and i am not sure if they ever knew who did it.

Yeah, that was cool.

A couple weeks after I first saw the LED throwies, one showed up at my house... My housemates said that the got it off the obelisk in UW's Red Square.
