Peter Holmes, head of the Office of Police Accountability Review Board, who went head-to-head with City Attorney Tom Carr over the issue of indemnity for OPARB members, who are volunteers, from lawsuits.
I remember when Pete Holmes headed out from what was probably a mega paying forensic accounting attorney job and went full bore into volunteer work. He's got major brains and experience around City Hall. Could be good.
