I think it would be extremely and satisfyingly meta (not to mention appropriately narcissistic) if we started running a weekly comparison of the Stranger vs. Weekly comparisons in Seattlest and Seattle Metroblogger every week.

I think that’s a great idea. Frankly, the weekly comparisons at both sites have become lackluster. These days, they’re more a rundown of what’s in which paper, with no gradation of what’s worth reading, or declaration of which paper’s the best for the week. We need to push them into getting back to their roots…and crowning us the champs most weeks!
