I take way too much fish oil.

Posted by Mr. Poe | October 9, 2008 10:32 AM

Surely some Barry White is much easier.

Posted by Barky | October 9, 2008 10:33 AM

fifty dollars was not enough.

Posted by troy | October 9, 2008 10:33 AM

I question her statement that Dove is "good chocolate", and I also think she'd be better off with a fish oil supplement with added paragraph breaks, but yeah, it's a decent diet.

Posted by Fnarf | October 9, 2008 10:36 AM

I can have lots and lots of orgasms, and I pretty much live on Diet Coke and Hershey's Kisses.

Posted by Angie | October 9, 2008 10:38 AM

In other words, eat better and your body works better? Hm.

Posted by Gloria | October 9, 2008 10:41 AM

@2 Barry White just freaks me out! All his moans and sweat... YUCK!

That is just me though!

Sure lots of women have easy orgasms and high libido--that was for the women who write in and have problems with having a libido lower than their partner's.

Posted by Marrena | October 9, 2008 10:52 AM

The thing is, you can really taste it when someone takes a lot of fish oil.

Posted by Mikki | October 9, 2008 10:55 AM

@10 Not if it's good quality fish oil, ultra-refined.

Posted by Marrena | October 9, 2008 10:57 AM

I totally agree with Fnarf- Dove and Lindt are NOT high quality chocolate.

Posted by Carol | October 9, 2008 10:57 AM

I bet she works for Kevin Trudeau.

Posted by keshmeshi | October 9, 2008 10:57 AM

I've tasted my own cum before. Like, a lot, and it doesn't taste like fish oil, so I think I'm good.

Posted by Mr. Poe | October 9, 2008 11:04 AM

Maybe it depends on the person and how they metabolize things. I'm sure quality is a factor though. In any case, I've tasted worse things, so whatever.

Posted by Mikki | October 9, 2008 11:10 AM

But, Mr. Poe, maybe you are used to the taste, have you had objective confirmation that your spunk isn't funky?

An acquaintance of mine was actually in the test group for this particular diet, and without giving too many details, she affirmed quite emphatically that it did work for her.

Posted by Geni | October 9, 2008 12:28 PM

geez. . .all that?
gimme a break. . .no booze, no coffee. . .I'm totally out.

Posted by Mr. Poe | October 9, 2008 1:13 PM

how depressing.

Posted by meg | October 9, 2008 1:42 PM

I hope she had a decent ghostwriter. Jesus.

Posted by and that guy should get a medal | October 9, 2008 2:07 PM

Hey, don't knock it if you haven't tried it.

Posted by Vince | October 9, 2008 4:03 PM

@ 23 are you talking about POE's cum?

Posted by mickey in AR | October 9, 2008 4:52 PM

This diet pits my love of caffeine against my love of orgasms: a battle for the ages.

Posted by Alicia | October 9, 2008 5:41 PM

@22 My actual email DID have paragraph breaks in it.

Posted by Marrena | October 10, 2008 6:11 AM

I'm one of those rare, multi-orgasmic, can have uncountable orgasms in a row, can come from penetration alone--or nipple play alone--or, or, or--and I drink ridiculous amounts of caffeine, and never take fish oil. So you've got to give some credit to just genetics, or natural aptitude, or whatever it is I have.

Posted by lymerae | October 10, 2008 11:09 AM

Oy. Did I say that my way was the only way to become superorgasmic? No, I did not. But I went from takes forty minutes of intense stimulation for a clitoral orgasm to clitoral orgasm in under five minutes of light stimulation AND I am now super-multi-spontaneously vaginally orgasmic. And other women can and have gone through the same change on my diet.

Very few women are born with the lucky genes that allow them to be easily vaginally orgasmic. I'm just helping out the sisterhood here, cut me some slack. I just thought women might want to know--I sure found it was handy to know.

Posted by Marrena | October 10, 2008 12:26 PM

Well, I sure hope you get a double-blind study soon, because that would be great if it could really help women

Posted by lymerae | October 10, 2008 1:17 PM

Marrena, I'm happy with my orgasms, and I doubt I could do without caffeine so I don't think the diet is right for me. BUT I wanted to say that I think it is awesome you are doing this, and that you seem so dedicated to making life better for many women.
