2008 Jesus Fish Says Vote NO On Prop 8!

onSlog tipper J. sees the hand of God in the latest poll data on Prop 8 coming out of California. FiveThirtyEight.com is tracking the poll data on Prop 8. At first the polls showed Prop 8 failing, then it pulled ahead, and now the race is tightening again. And here’s what the data looks like as a graph:
“Is it just me…” asks J., who sends along this image…
FiveThirtyEight’s Prop 8 fish reminds J. of the “fetus seen in Hurricane Katrina.” Coincidence? Or another inscrutable message from the Almighty? And if God keeps this shit up, is he in danger of losing his tax-free status?
Oh my God, I can see the Jesus fish in the molecular structure of DNA! It proves the divine origins of the modern science of molecular biology.
Obviously, God wants us to believe in evolution.
ummm, maybe god is telling you to vote yes?
There is a fairly significant amount of money pouring into this Prop 8 fight, something on the order of about $40 million. While I squarely blame the douchenozzles who initiated Prop 8 to ban gay marriage, this sure seems like a waste of money. Maybe there should be a proposition on next year's ballot that if you are a douche who wants to put up pointless propositions, any money raised towards your stupid cause must be equally matched by donations to non-partisan human services or the like. Fuck.
Yeah. Dan, are you reading the graph correctly? It looks to me like the damn thing is saying that support is on the rise, and opposition on the fall. This is not a good sign considering that last month it was 60% opposed.
Yes, Lavode, that is what everyone is looking at, and is terrified by.
Don't worry about it. I haven't paid taxes since... well, it was a long time before you were born, that's for sure. Besides, nobody knows where I live, least of all the IRS.
Yeah, that made me giggle.
Those Ellen ads better do a damn good job.
Yeah, Yes on 8 is a pretty disgusting entity:
A threatening letter has sparked a new controversy here in San Diego surrounding the gay marriage debate. Donors who gave money to the No on Prop 8 campaign say they received blackmail letters demanding money, and the Yes on 8 campaign now says the letters were sent by their employees.
I wonder, if Prop 8 passes, can I bar Mormons from walking into my business?
This just in, hopefully it will get a mention in an actual posting, rather than just a comment:

The issue is now settled! Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has spoken
