Yes, Amanda, the end is in sight:
[The investigation is done and a] final report on the… by prosecutor Giuliani Mignini indicates that Knox and two other suspects are likely to be charged with voluntary homicide, sexual assault and simulation of a crime. We will all go into the dark.
What in the world is "simulation of a crime"? Is that like masturbating while thinking of rape?
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing.
Ciao! Omicida!
Remind me not to go to Italy.
"If there's no one beside you
When your soul embarks
Then I'll follow you into the dark"
ciao ragazza- testa di cazzo!
I thought it said Amanda wasn't going to be charged with sexual assault.
Kind of misleading there ...
Reminder to self: do it on a boat like in Purple Noon ...
Will, I didn't think you could get any creepier, and then there you did.
Kelly O and Ari Spool give Amanda Knox can of Rize...
Oh, never mind. You now know what happened next.
Well, it's just easier to clean up.
(ah, now I see, no, that wasn't a reference to the "simulation of a crime" comment, it was a reference to a scene in that film Pourpre Soleil which is set in that neck of the woods and also involves a murder (or two))
Let me see if I've got this straight: the white Christian teenager who accidentally backed over his adopted Chinese sister was immediately suspect in (what passes for) your mind... But this white, pampered, privileged college student who has changed her story more times than you probably change your underwear is, according to you, as innocent and pure as the driven snow...
Amanda Knox was deeply involved in the death of her roommate, Charles... That fact has occurred to everyone in the world. Ask yourself: why has it not occurred to you?
I'd execute her myself to stop this blather. The only problem is that doing that would would only decrease the signal to noise ratio.
It sounds as if everyone was involved, actually, but one question might be motive.
Was it a coverup because they (other than the person who murdered her) thought it was a "prank" that "went wrong", or was it intentional on the part of all three from the very beginning.
So, the moral of the story is, if a student living abroad, never assume people that you live with are sane.
Every time I see a reference to this case with the C.M. byline, I am forced to recall that god-awful paragraph from his big Amanda Knox piece going into great detail imagining all the different possible sexual combinations the night of the murder. Aaaaaaaargh!
@14 - I'm really glad I missed that one.
This is still SO CREEPY. Please stop.
