foreclosure sucks but why is it the responsibility to give money to people who bought homes while making only 80% of the median income?!?!?
The bail out is another way of taking the money of the poor and working poor to subsidize the middle class.
Which tells you why our current pattern of "preserving" single family home zoning is just a plan to prop up the rich and upper middle class in their preferred lifestyle while kicking all those without wealth out of Seattle.
And why it must end.
