How Low Can Hiphop Go?

Go to Line Out and see the lowest of the lows.
50cent.jpg Yes, that’s a video game image of the gangsta rapper 50 Cent. Yes, he is in a place that looks a lot like Baghdad. Yes, he is shooting Arabs. Yes, it has to do with not getting paid for a concert. What more can I say?

reminds me of the absurdly racist knock-off GTA from the movie Inside Man

When did the Arabs get a chopper?

Are you blaming everyone associated with hip-hop, Charles?

Posted by Mahtli69 | April 25, 2008 3:03 PM

Barf. 50 Cent is such a tool.

Posted by Carollani | April 25, 2008 3:05 PM

It's not real. It's a video game. Do you really think 50 Cent would set foot in Baghdad in the first place? Writers suck.

wow. a game that sucked ass and came out almost 4 years ago. Way to keep your finger on the pulse there.

Posted by bobcat | April 25, 2008 3:19 PM

No, see, this is a SEQUEL to that game.

If I were to ever use the N word, it would be for 50 Cent.

Posted by Mr. Poe | April 25, 2008 3:30 PM

@9, don't do that. It's empowering.

Posted by El Seven | April 25, 2008 3:31 PM

Oh, I know. But anything negative just blows on through his head.

"I don't like people who don't like me." - 50 Cent, actual quote

Posted by Mr. Poe | April 25, 2008 3:34 PM

Maybe 50 Cent should go an enlist in the Marines? I hear they are short of troops right now.

Posted by Andrew | April 25, 2008 3:34 PM

Didn't 50 Cent say that "Bush was a gangsta", or something? I try not to follow up on poverty news.

Posted by Mr. Poe | April 25, 2008 3:37 PM

*er, "poverty". Whoops.

Posted by Mr. Poe | April 25, 2008 3:53 PM

So how soon is 50 Cent Used CD gonna cover Bob Marley's "Buffalo Soldier"? Y'know, the song about "freed" black slaves who were employed by the US Guv'mint to assist in Indian Removal back in the Andrew Jackson day?

And is hip-hop still the Underground Railroad, or is it now the new plantation?

Posted by Jeff Stevens | April 25, 2008 3:56 PM

@2 well, the egyptians had them several thousand years ago

Posted by infrequent | April 25, 2008 4:07 PM

That's his comrades flying down. He's riddling a nearby family on the 2nd floor with bullets for kicks.

Posted by Mr. Poe | April 25, 2008 4:11 PM

DMX is maybe still worse.

Posted by Strath | April 25, 2008 4:35 PM

@18 thats like asking "Who's fatter, Mayor McCheese or Grimace?" Its a trick question because both of them will give you heart disease and type 2 diabetes

Posted by vooodooo84 | April 25, 2008 5:12 PM

dude, dmx is so much better because he's so awful.

Posted by Bellevue Ave | April 25, 2008 6:09 PM

I personally see that as some "gangsta-ass shit".
But that's just me.
