oh come on, what about the reformers, or the non-practicing atheist cultural Jews, should ham be an inappropriate Hanukkah meal just because it is "dirty" and "Trichinosis-y"
still funny though, sorta like bacon flavored matzo ball soup
Issur blows a gasket in 4,3,2,1....
FAIL!
As a non-practicing atheist cultural Jew, that's fucking hilarious.
Some of the biggest bacon fans I've known are Jewish. Practicing, even.
Sorry, Issur. The awesomeness of bacon knows no cultural bounds.
it's spelled "cham" when it's for jews, and pronounced gutterally as in "chanukkah"
fyi for you goyim
I can think of no better way to celebrate than the peanut-butter bacon cheeseburgers at the Twilight Exit!
Mais, ce n'est pas qu'une "petite" (sic) jambon. Certainement les juifs n'auraient pas probleme avec ca.
Seriously, the majority of American Jews eat ham.
And bacon.
It's only in NYC that this becomes an issue.
C'mon...join in the new Hannuakah game...forget Dreidel...it's 2007...play... "BAITING ISSUR!!!!"
silly jews, more pork for me, huzzah! :)
and its true, bacon does transcend religious barriers, I know far too many practicing or semi practicing jews and muslims who will skip pork but inhale bacon by the truckload.
Like my buddy Omer said, bacon isn't pork, its its own food group :P
