Charlie Crist: Fair Game

posted by on December 13 at 14:54 PM

Anti-gay bigots have gathered enough signatures to put a state anti-gay marriage amendment on the ballot in Florida next November. One of the signatures they managed to gather was that of Florida’s Republican governor, Charlie Crist. “Why is this significant?” asks Towleroad rhetorically.

Well, besides telling the Miami Herald earlier this year that the GOP should stop pouring money into anti-gay initiatives, there’s the little matter of persistent rumors that Crist, like Foley, Haggard, Craig, Curtis, Allen, et al, is a big, fat, fucking faggot.

For a complete rundown of the Crist rumors, go to Towleroad.

And to any male escorts, toilet cruisers, or conscience-stricken homos out there reading this, it this silver fox has ever wrapped his lips around your cock…

…now’s the time to speak up, boys.

You can be homosexual and not be in favor of same-sex marriage. Author Lee Harris is one example off the top of my head. There probably aren't many examples.

Older guys aren't really my thing, but I still think he's kind of attractive. *shrug*

On another note, I think it shows at least poor taste, if not poor judgment, for a Governor to sign a petition of this nature. He's supposed to be the governor of everybody in Florida, and I'm fairly certain there are queers in Florida.

Woah @3!

Just learned dude was born as "Orville Willis Forte IV"

My biggest problem with these "amendments", besides the obvious, is that the constitution, any constitution is meant to be legal language about what our freedoms are as Americans. To add anything to a constitution not allowing someone or banning someone from anything really goes exactly against what this document is supposed to enforce; American freedom.

Fucking asses.

Just type "Charlie Crist Gay Sex" into Google and watch your computer go up in flames--better stand back.

Charlie Crist is so megadee gay-gay-gay that he even has an entire revealing section of Wonkette devoted to his gayness:

http://wonkette.com/politics/charlie-crist/

That's super-thermonuclear-industrial-strength gay.

Plus, if I recall, wasn't he banging one of Katherine Harris' boy toy staff?

Just goes to show that hypocritical, fake "morals" aren't the only thing he's gonna shove down your throat.

What about the gay US Senator from South Carolina?

Won't anyone out him?

You lose 20 points with me for being a Republican. All Republican homos should lose all man-on-man-sex rights until they renounce their evil ways.

So all those bathroom cruisers and escorts out there need to raise their standards. No sucky sucky without proof of non-fascist political affiliation. Sexual frustration will bring down the self hating homo Jesus tards of the world.

Attractive? Are you kidding? He looks like the gay love child of John Edwards and Mr. Rigers.

So... because there are *rumors* about him being gay, he's "fair game" on gay issues.

That's quite a moral framework, Dan.

This was all on Wayne Madsen Report last year. The editor has recently named the four anti-gay closeted gay Republican Senators. Any guesses? Will's got one of them.

One of them, of course, was Larry Craig. That just leaves who?

Do I win a prize, Jim?

Mind you, that was the easiest one to figure out.

Sorry, there were two more: McConnell and the new guy from Wyoming. No prizes, I'm afraid.

No, 15, he's fair game on a hypocrisy charge if it turns out he's an anti-gay GOP elected official who is actually and secretly... GAY.

Duh.

@5 That's an interesting comment. I don't love the homophobes, or people pretending not to be gay, but the whole push for gay marriage is starting to bore me.

Here's another gay person not for gay marriage. From the lesbian writer Jane Rule's (Desert Hearts) recent obit:

"To be forced back into the heterosexual cage of coupledom is not a step forward but a step back into state-imposed definitions of relationship. With all that we have learned, we should be helping our heterosexual brothers and sisters out of their state-defined prisons, not volunteering to join them there."

Not that it's excusable or anything, but he may have signed the petition for any number of silly reasons besides support of the cause. You know how Democrats aren't allowed to say that they're in favor of Gay Marriages? Well, Crist has already alienated a great deal of his base by being too centrist on other issues. I think he's trying to save a bit of face.

Honestly, after Jeb Bush, he's been a godsend. I voted for the other guy, but I haven't been upset by anything Crist has done since taking office. He's apparently made a mess of Home Insurance, but that was an clusterfuck before he got there anyway.

yeah, the gays should withhold sex from the closet case republicans.

and the womans should withhold from the breeders to end the war

combined you could totally pull a Lysistrata

don't worry women withholding would work on Condeleza
