Has anyone not yet been converted to the cult of performance-art comedian Queen Shmooquan? (She finally ensnared me last February with a short but mind-meltingly psychedelic song-and-video cycle at On the Boards.) This show at Can Can, with British freak-lounge singer Herb Diamante, could be your last chance: The Queen is heavy with child—good luck, kid!—and she's going away for a while. Maybe forever.
