Ask Her to Make You A: Tiki drink. “I've been pretty into tiki lately because we started a tiki night [Wednesday] here at Rumba. I like showing people that rum drinks—even tiki drinks—don't need to be cloying and overdone. I like classics like the Test Pilot and Three Dots & a Dash; they're simple but have complexity. I typically don't believe in unnecessary garnishes, but tiki garnishes should be over the top. It's pretty fun.”

What She’s Doing When She’s Not at the Bar: “Day off? Tell me more… I stay at home and hang out in my kitchen. I like to cook and play cribbage. In the summer, I spend a lot of time gardening and raising chickens. I don't have a lot of time away. I like to work hard then leave the country for a while to relax.”
