Whoa. This thing, a new acoustic instrument called the Yaybahar, is badassed!!

The Yaybahar (what an AWESOME name, BTW) was created by Görkem Şen, a sound designer and composer. Regrettably, I know only details via Vice's Creator's Project, where the author says the Yaybahar sounds "like a synthesizer." Uh, I don't think is sounds like a synthesizer, like, not at all. Its droning resonates quite beautifully.
