Ask Her To Make You A: "The Blueberry Bliss from our menu right now," says Tessa. "It was one of my specialty recipes that I donated to our summer menu. It's Blueberry Stoli, Whipped Vodka, muddled limes, sour, and then shake, shake, shake. You can do it on the rocks with a float of the black raspberry liqueur, or you can do it as a shot and sink it to the bottom so that it's two different layers. It's really pretty."

What She's Doing When She's Not At The Bar: "I've been bartending for six years and I just left the Seattle Bartending Academy where I taught for just under two years. Since I started here, I've been having students come and find me and get a real drink from me. I love seeing the students at the bar for real. I'm at the bar a lot in September, but when I'm not here, I'm riding my scooter. I enjoy target shooting with pistols, rifles, and handguns. And I LOVE costumes and cosplaying—every Halloween I'm always decked out. Last year I was the Black Swan and wore real pointe shoes. This year I'm gonna be the Black Widow. And next week, I'm starting at UW!"
