Jimmy John's stands accused of wage theft, according to Alan Pyke at ThinkProgress:

A pair of former employees say that sandwich shop chain Jimmy John’s commits systematic wage theft as a matter of corporate policy by forcing workers to put in off-the-clock hours and refusing to pay overtime, according to a lawsuit.

Everybody should know by now that Subway is terrible to their employees, but could Jimmy John's be even worse? And for all you Subway apologists: Why would you eat at a chain sandwich restaurant in Seattle when there's most likely a superior sandwich right around the corner? Especially when you know chain sandwich shops have a history of mistreating their workers?
