The Sublime as Urban Density: Ghost in the Shell

In this video, scenes from the anime masterpiece Ghost in the Shell are matched with shots of the real Hong Kong. Both enter my soul in the way that stretches of light and stars enter an unavoidable black hole and are eventually concentrated at a single and very intense point. With each urban image, real or animated (the buses, the boats, the crowds, the new and old buildings), the light of the point at the very bottom of my soul grows...
