From this week's I, Anonymous:

To the cab driver who brought me home: All I want is to pay someone $25 to get my drunk ass home from the bar. I don't want to wait an extra 10 minutes beyond your promised arrival time, I don't want to deal with your attitude when I pay with a card rather than cash, I don't want to sit for ages as you struggle with a 1970s-era credit-card reader. If you're wondering why Uber and Lyft are eating your market share, look no further than experiences like the one I had last night. They know how to treat their customers. You can lobby city hall until your faces turn blue to try to regulate your competition out of business, but your customers have seen the light. We're not going to put up with your shit any longer.
